2. Iron

4. Magnesium

Every woman should be taking magnesium because of the many benefits including better bone health, improved blood pressure, and headache relief. Since migraines are more likely in women than men, this last benefit is important!

There are a lot of different magnesium supplements available, but we prefer magnesium citrate because of its bioavailability and viability for mood. However, magnesium malate is another good choice that combines magnesium with malic acid.

5. Vitamin D

Vitamin D is an essential vitamin for muscle, nerve, brain, and immune system health. While our body converts it from sunlight, most of us work indoors meaning we don’t get near enough.
